About Celeste Boudreaux
My
Story
I am a certified spiritual director, having received my training from the School of Spiritual Direction with Sustainable Faith. I have been offering spiritual direction in the Houston area and online since 2013. In addition, I am a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator and enthusiast.

My practice is informed by 35 years of Christian ministry experience beside my minister-turned-licensed-professional-counselor husband, Keith Boudreaux. I am also a trained lay counselor, support group leader, and inner healing prayer team leader. I lead retreats and workshops, as well as small groups focused on personal/spiritual growth and healing through the expressive arts.

While my own faith community is Christian --specifically, Vineyard-- I am welcoming and respectful of those from any spiritual (or non-spiritual) background, as well as all race and ethnicities, national origins, gender identities and sexual orientations. I believe that we are all God's beloved children on our own spiritual journeys and that we all have things to learn from each other. This is a safe space.

“Celeste is a kind and trustworthy guide for me as I seek to better understand my internal parts so that I can better know and love Jesus and those around me.”

“Celeste ... is gentle and open hearted, an active listener, and consistently encouraging. ... She guided me through some very painful memories and taught me how to help myself. I was able to receive healing and peace of mind and heart.”

“It was such a great blessing to be a part of this . . . life-changing and enriching opportunity.”
